I believe in  growing our city but will not do it on the backs of city workers.

We are the center of the state.  and should be a destination.

Every GREAT city needs art and I fully support the growth using arts as an attraction to visit, and then get to show off who we are.

For this this all to happen we need a city attracting new businesses that bring employees here.  Making Lansing a world class destination built with our great union workers will make this happen.

It's all about providing hope to those that live here and will make it grow.

I believe that we all need to step up however we can.

Some say it's just about creating policy, but actually its about showing up and rolling up your sleeves to get things done.

Or they believe wrapping themselves in the flag is all they need or just have your picture taken at an event to show you were there.  It's not my event and I choose to show up and listen and offer solutions.

I have been a city council member before.  I have that experience to hit the ground running.

I've been part of Fire and Police department negotiations and believe it should be a win/win situation always.

I've brought a $1,000,000 fresh watermain to the citizens at no cost to them. 

 We also  grew 8 new businesses during covid.

Many people from here don't express hope and ask "why did you move here?"

We need to change that to "Why DIDN"T you move here?"
